1. Information We Collect

We collect contact information (Full Name, Email Address, and optional Company and Country details) and technical model files (.nwd) solely for the purpose of evaluating geometric complexity, issuing quotations, processing transactions, and delivering converted CAD/BIM models.

2. Use and Retention of Data

Uploaded engineering models and converted files are retained on secure servers for 14 calendar days after delivery to facilitate client downloads and warranty support, after which they are permanently and manually deleted.

Administrative records (order IDs, quote values, transaction receipts, and delivery confirmations) are securely retained in administrative spreadsheets for operational and tax accounting compliance.

3. Third-Party Processors

Payment transactions are processed securely via industry-standard payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal). Convert 3D Pro never stores, handles, or has access to credit card numbers or banking credentials.

4. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

With your consent, this website uses the Google tag (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and the Meta Pixel to measure visits, understand which advertising campaigns bring visitors, and measure when a quote request is submitted. These tools may set cookies and receive technical data such as your IP address, browser, pages viewed and the advertisement you came from. We never send your name, email address, company or uploaded files to these services.

Nothing is loaded for measurement purposes until you choose Accept in the privacy banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the page footer, and you can also manage advertising preferences directly in your Google and Meta account settings.
