Convert 3D Pro strictly and exclusively accepts .NWD (Autodesk Navisworks Document) files. We do not accept IFC, DWG, RVT, NWC, NWF or other formats as input. Each quote request accepts exactly one .NWD file. If you have multiple models, please submit separate requests for each file.

Each model is individually evaluated and receives a custom quotation. When "Both Formats" is requested, each conversion is individually itemized and quoted.

Following rigorous manual quality inspection, we email a private, unguessable temporary download link directly to your contact address from [email protected]. Files are provided without archive passwords and allow unlimited downloads while the link remains active.
Both your original .NWD model and the generated outputs are retained for 14 calendar days following delivery. After 14 days, files are scheduled for manual deletion by our team. If your project governance requires early deletion, you may request it by email (please note that early deletion concludes the remaining warranty period).
We provide a 7-calendar-day warranty starting from the moment files are delivered. This warranty strictly covers errors or defects introduced by the conversion pipeline (such as geometry distortion or coordinate misalignment). It does not cover pre-existing geometry errors in the source model, missing original data, or subsequent design changes.
Our technical commitment covers 3D geometry accuracy, dimensional precision, scale, and origin coordinate alignment. We do not guarantee the preservation of original BIM semantic properties, IFC property sets, Revit categories, materials, textures, colors, or specific DWG layer structures.
