Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Convert 3D Pro operates an international professional conversion service for Autodesk Navisworks (.nwd) models to IFC 2x3 and/or AutoCAD DWG (3D Solids). All conversions are individually evaluated, processed, and quality-inspected by experienced technical specialists.

Our contractual commitment strictly guarantees accurate 3D geometry representation, dimensional integrity, scale, and origin coordinate alignment. We do not guarantee the translation or preservation of BIM semantic property sets, element categories, materials, textures, colors, or specific CAD layer organizations.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Payment

Every model uploaded is individually evaluated. Quotes are issued in USD or EUR via formal email communication within 24 hours. When both IFC and DWG formats are selected, each format carries its own transparent itemized price.

Payment Terms: 100% upfront payment via Stripe or PayPal is required prior to the commencement of conversion work. Remittance of payment constitutes full acceptance of the formal quote and these Terms of Service.

3. Quality Control, Warranty & Refunds

Every deliverable undergoes mandatory manual quality inspection before delivery. We provide a 7-calendar-day warranty from the exact timestamp of file delivery.

This warranty strictly covers errors or defects introduced by our conversion process. It does not cover pre-existing geometry errors in the source model, missing elements in the original NWD, or subsequent engineering design revisions.

If a conversion is determined to be technically impossible after payment and prior to delivery, Convert 3D Pro will issue a full 100% refund.

4. File Retention and Deletion Policy

Deliverables are provided via private, unguessable download links sent via email. Both original uploads and converted files are retained for 14 calendar days following the delivery date, after which files are permanently deleted. Clients may request early deletion via written email request, which immediately terminates the remaining warranty period.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All client files and proprietary designs are treated with strict professional confidentiality. Client models are never published, distributed to third parties, or used for AI training without prior express written permission.
